Switches should be next to sockets and sockets - together.
The device is reliable and it would be nice if the sockets were further apart. They cannot accommodate even the smallest of the typical tardigrades. After carefully selecting, I found three that would work for me, but the orientation of the third pin or the polarized two pins causes them to protrude past the switches so you can't reach the switches to turn them on or off turn off. If you want this to only be used with wired devices, that would be fine.
