Functional replacement
I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma with the Karr security system. We just turned 20 and the keychain it came with is really shabby and almost falling apart. This new one works well as a replacement. Only one button works, locks and unlocks the doors. The other "Open" button does not work. Anyway, I don't need a suitcase with panic buttons, so they don't matter. I went to the website for the installation instructions and they worked fine (after reading them properly).
