Wow! I was very pleasantly surprised about how light this umbrella is, how sturdy it is, and how easy it is to set up.I bought it for a beach vacation I the outer banks. People we were traveling with brought 3 other types of beach umbrellas. We had a VERY windy day, and this umbrella was the only one to stand up to the wind. It stayed securely in the ground and kept its shape. (One of the other style umbrellas flew out of the ground and the other two vibrated as if they were going to come out of the ground and they both turned inside out.)I am also impressed how easy it was to set up. It screws into the sand so easily. (The other three styles of umbrellas needed a shovel and tricky maneuvering.). It is also so lightweight, it is easy to throw it over your shoulder and keep your hands available to carry chairs and toys!The only thing is, it was a tight squeeze to get 2 chairs completely in the shade. I am actually ordering a second one so that my husband and I can spread out with a table in-between us.We all LOVED this umbrella!
