I have to say right away, the thing works and works perfectly! My daughter has SUPER thick hair and is very coarse. With our old flat iron, it would have taken us at least an hour to get her hair done the way she liked it. I straightened her hair the night we got it and I did it in 20 minutes ๐ฎ at an unbeatable price! Hair doesn't pull, which is very cool!
