Not expensive and helps. Works very well for my crazy GSD pup. Keep him in check. I thought it would seem a little inhuman. But that would only be inhuman for a person who hasn't explored how to use it properly. I keep the leash loose and as loose as possible. DO NOT keep the leash taut all the time. Lift the line quickly but carefully. HOW HE MAKES A MISTAKE. For example, if my dog runs in front of me, I jump on the leash and tell him to run. Then I commend him generously for correcting his own mistake.
