Doesn't whistle too much and can burn you
This is a nice kettle, heats water quickly but doesn't whistle too much (a very low moan only dogs seem to hear) and I'm an older one Person who needs to hear this whistle as a safety reminder. Even if the kettle is boiling and half full or more, your bare hand may be burned by the steam when pouring the water. I have to use an oven mitt or towel for pouring. Looks nice, but functionally not very well thought out. Should have returned. After 2-3 months of burned fingers I give up. I'm surprised by the number and similarity of positive reviews. Very suspicious.
