Disappointing Decorative Scissors for Arts and Crafts
As a hesitant buyer, I decided to try these decorative scissors for my scrapbooking projects. However I was extremely disappointed with the results. The scissors were difficult to use and didn`t cut through paper smoothly. The decorative edge was far from perfect and looked messy. The only positive aspect was the size of the scissors which made it easy to handle. As a result of my tests, I determined that these scissors WERE not worth the investment..
