It's definitely big! I'm 5ft 8" tall and when I stand it comes to just above the knee. Inside is very soft sherpa and very warm. I only received this item a few hours ago so I have yet to see the intensity of the glow. Stars on my particular pattern choice (update: they glow great!) and I don't know how it holds up in the wash. I can confirm that the front pocket is very large. I can fit at least a three month old kitten in it lol! It's so spacious I'm sure I could fit all four of my kittens in it. It has a fairly strong smell, which is not cheap. I recommend washing it before use. It is amazingly packaged - vacuum sealed and double bagged. I can put my whole body in it and the hood is big enough too. I look forward to spending the rest of the season napping and playing video games in this hooded blanket. Highly recommended. Update: I've lived in it since I've had it. One of the best purchases I've made. He is very warm. I sleep in it so much and sleep in it every night.
