I was diagnosed with a herniated disc (C5-6) and was suffering from severe pain in my neck that radiated into my left shoulder and upper arm due to a pinched nerve. Using this soft collar combined with my medication and physical therapy provided much needed relief.The collar is very comfortable to wear and fits snugly around the neck. It offers good neck support. I wore it even when sleeping without any discomfort. I was also a le to lie down on my side with the collar on. Overall, it really helped manage my pain.
