We chose this for my 93 year old father who has mobility issues. I have a button by his bed and one on the walker. Pros: Plug and play. Just plug it into an outlet and pull the tab out of the batteries. Good range, works 4 rooms away. Clear ringtone (audible even without hearing aids). Big button that is easy to press. simply does not call the caller/recipient. It sounds a little too much like a doorbell to me (not really a fault, more of a personal preference.
