We chose this for my 93 year old father who has mobility issues. I have a button by his bed and one on the walker. Pros: Plug and play. Just plug it into an outlet and pull the tab out of the batteries. Good range, works 4 rooms away. Clear ringtone (audible even without hearing aids). Big button that is easy to press. simply does not call the caller/recipient. It sounds a little too much like a doorbell to me (not really a fault, more of a personal preference. This is a good product that does what it says on the tin. Two stars not for the product. Two stars for very poor instructions. The alarm button you are wearing cannot be unscrewed to change the battery. You need to pull the cover off and then remove the three small Phillips screws. The font in the instructions is very small. I would think of the marketing department. from this company would have increased the pressure as many of the sales would have gone to the elderly. My instructions also…

Yes another 5 star review. I bought it for my mom's house so she can call my brother anywhere in the house if she needs help at night. Wireless range is great (works in every corner of a two-story 1940's California home) and, as other reviewers have pointed out, it's truly plug-and-play. Mama carries one of the transmitter buttons upstairs in the bed, and the three sirens are downstairs in the kitchen, in the basement, and by the bedrooms. What a great idea! We were looking for reassurance that our elderly parent who falls frequently could contact someone in our home if needed. Although she usually texts or calls us when we are in other parts of the house, we needed an emergency contact device that could be easier and more convenient than a cell phone.
