Both strobe lights don't work

2 tail/turn/brake lights that I bought I checked when they were delivered to me. You checked ok. Then I put them in a drawer in a cool, dry place. After 3 months I tested them again before putting them on a golf cart. With a taillight, the taillight is the only LED that lights up. In other light, none of the LEDs light up. I can't figure out how to contact the seller. These are the worst LED bulbs I've ever bought. Very disappointed, waste of money.
