Review on Enhanced Filtration Monitoring with iSpring RO500 Tankless System by Travis Caminiti

The product looks great and fits perfectly under my sink. I installed it myself. As an engineer who has done several DIY projects around the house and created many procedures over the years, I felt comfortable installing it. Unfortunately the procedure wasn't very clear so I used some youtube videos for this build. It took me 2-3 hours to install and I did everything myself. If two people do it, it can cut the time by an hour. After installing it worked great for a while until I noticed that the TDS value of 44 never changed. I used another TDS meter to measure and it was consistently over 100. I contacted the service center and they resolved the issue very quickly. I contacted them on Thursday and the next Tuesday they sent me the replacement parts. The support team helped me install replacement filters, flush them and reboot the system. TDS numbers are traced back to <20 so the issue has been resolved. Very happy!
