Soft material Good quality I 5'3 145 The compression bandage is not as tight as a compression bandage should be, it should hold and suck So if you have nice, want seamless tights you will be disappointed if you only go for compression The size ordered is small I would say for my height I should wear a medium size but this product could be a bit bigger so I can wear small Only downside is that they like to curl up I don't really like it so I came back but overall a good product
