I like how easily we can access all of our samples with one platform! The features were easy for me as an employee who was not trained in computer systems but needed help solving issues when computers crashed etcetera..

Easy interface helps new employees get up speed quickly!! Not much at this time if there are other problems that need fixed it isn't very clear what they could be either because its so generic (such has many companies) If you haven’t used any software before then try getting some training from someone experienced using LIMs prior first. You will feel more comfortable knowing whats going where instead being confused by trying everything yourself without guidance which i have done since my previous job. !
