These worked great for awhile. When washing, we would stretch them back out while wet and hang them to try. I bought these in August. I’m writing this in January. These started becoming our back up or weekend outing masks by October. My husband and I both felt like we were suffocating when using them all day. We are teachers and it became clear we needed something more lightweight for all day use. These are a great buy and perfect for people who do not have to talk inside a mask all day. They are soft, especially for the first 10 or so washings. If you add a fabric softener it may keep them that way. We use liquid Tide clothing sanitizer in the wash so that may add another level.
