They worked great to get my LED turn signals blinking at normal speed again! I first determined plus and minus for each front turn signal with a voltmeter. . I connected the red lead to the positive turn signal lead and the black lead to the negative turn signal lead using the supplied clamps, then attached them to a nearby metal support with 3m double-sided supertape. It took maybe 30 minutes total but I like to get things right and not rush. Other reviews say they get hot but honestly I left mine on for a few minutes (the turn signal flashed) and they didn't get hot. Of course, at that time it was 37 * outside, but still there was no heat. I would give a fifth star if the cables were longer. The item I received is different from the one in the photos and has shorter leads.
