We bought two of these for the runners behind our couch in May of 2019. Within 1 month, the USB ports on one strip had completely recessed into the outlet box and became unusable. Over the next few months, we noticed that our phone cords were going bad very quickly. SURPRISE it wasn't the cords at all but the outlet box. Now every plug-in on both outlets behaves like rebellious teenagers, meaning they act up all the time and only work when they feel like it. I have mastered the art of statuing. You move the cord around in every direction until you find the right angle for a connection and then do not move a muscle from that point forward. But the name of the company is amazing.I'm hoping that we just received 2 duds. So we may give it another go with these outlets and see if they pan out any better.
