Review on 🚗 Enhance Chrysler 200's Performance: Innovative Performance Chip/Power Programmer for 2.4L and 3.6L - Boost Fuel Efficiency, Save Gas, Increase MPG, Horsepower & Torque! by Robert Espinoza

July 16, 2017 I bought two of these, one for my 2015 Chrysler 200S AWD and one for my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L engine. I put it on a ram first and often tow it on my boat to the Oregon coast. I typically tow a 5,000lb boat averaging 8.7-9.2mpg on an 85 mile tow and back coast trip etc. I've only taken one boat trip with the innovative chip. I averaged 10.5mpg and everything about the boat weight was the same. I have a feeling there is an improvement. I want to see actual highway changes for RAM. I haven't done long freeway trips in a truck where I get at best 16mpg at 65-75 freeway speeds. I'll update when I get back to the west coast to do this. (I currently have a job in Michigan) which led me to the 200S. I've had this car for just over a few months. On my first long freeway trips I averaged 29-31mpg, same as the stats. After installing the chip and running it, I made the long drive to Owosso, Michigan to take photos (see my Pentax KP review here on Revain), and on the way back I put the car on cruise at 80 mph almost an hour and about 45 minutes later I snapped a picture with my phone. I average 34mpg at 80mph. This is a 3.6 liter Pentstar and I strongly believe this chip works. As for HP's additional claims that I can't verify. What Innovative Performance isn't talking about is more engine or wheel power. You're losing about 35% through the gearbox so I'm guessing you can still get a few more horsepower. on wheels you won't notice it. What I'm saying is that the engines of both cars run smoother. It is striking how much smoother the engines run. It's really a 10 minute install. What I would recommend and how I installed the module is to purchase Velcro for attachment, which gives you some flexibility in placement.
