I like that it allows you manage multiple features in one place for visibility into each individual release cycle within your application; this gives us an overview so we can better respond when something goes wrong or is not working as expected.

There are some problems where there could be more control over how often new versions get deployed but overall they have been great partners! They provide excellent customer support both through their team members directly via chat/email & also having dedicated account managers who help keep things running smoothly between our departments (DevOps / Quality Assurance).
