It takes a bit of persistence to download the software, but once you do, everything runs pretty smoothly. You must allow third-party cookies or they will not download. I like the number of screens available with the software and the easy to use menu to switch between them. After about 1/2 hour of use I heard a popping sound and the screen went black. Brought it back to Revain for an exchange which arrived in 5 days and works great. The 3.5 inch screen is so small that the content is difficult to read. I'm looking for a compatible 5.5" or 7" USB C, no HDMI, screen but no luck so far.
