I bought this to replace my Oral B which suddenly stopped working. I probably shouldn't expect a $20 toothbrush to perform as well as my $75 toothbrush, but the description set my expectations pretty high. This toothbrush vibrates very quickly - it does not clean. You should brush your teeth like you would with a regular toothbrush and rely on the vibration to give it that extra boost. It pauses briefly every 30 seconds to alert you to the transition to a different sector of the mouth.
