Turning off by pressing the button works well. Activating the brush means you have to press the button multiple times on the edges of the button to activate it.

Very cheaply made but does the job for our first rechargeable toothbrushes for our kids. Some mode names are not clear what they mean as they have not been correctly translated into English. The power button on them doesn't work consistently the first time. They have to be charged while lying down due to the included charger.

I don't understand how they do this at this price. I bought an electric toothbrush for almost $200 and I can't tell the difference. I've had it up and running for a week now and haven't charged it yet! It has the same strength etc as the expensive one I had (famous brand). But you will be satisfied with the quality and performance! And they give you so many replacement tips that you won't need to buy more for about 1.5 to 2 years depending on how often you change them.
