We bake Freschetta pizza squares at least once a week. We baked right on the grill. until the villain hot peppers landed on the heating element. There aren't as many square pizza pans out there as one might expect, so I was very happy to find these. Pizza cooks way better than a round pan or a rectangular pan (because of the holes in the bottom I think). Am considering buying a second one of these, love it so much!
