The screws were too short to fit through the frame, cover, plate and washer into the bracket. When I removed the puck they were still too short to fit. I ended up going to Ace Hardware and spent about $17 to get longer, anti-theft versions of the screws, $6 for keys to go with those screws, and another $16 to get a key ratchet (like a screwdriver that you put in the key like this). can be rotated). The bolts came with nuts so I think this is meant to fit a much thinner record hanger mount. So I think I'll have rust issues when the water builds up (I live in Oregon where it rains every 5 minutes). Also, the frame doesn't sit flush with the mount (although all 4 screws are loose and tightened alternately every second). I only had trouble attaching the single screw/screw cap, I pushed the frame a bit with a screwdriver and it snapped into place. Screw issues aside, the frame looks good and the lid is clear. And I love that it doesn't obscure any parts of my record that should be visible/readable - that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Assuming it wasn't so bad that I got the anti-theft screws. But I suspect that most consumers who buy this product will not have the same attitude. If you advertise that your product comes with screws that need to be installed, you need to make sure they will serve their intended purpose.
