When I saw how tiny this thing was, I thought I didn't have $90 left. But when I put the pearl down, I realized I was wrong. Not enough current on socket 110 for 1/8 7018 rod, I flipped the breaker. But a 100 amp 3/32 7018 rod gave a pretty good bead when plugged into a 110 rated outlet. I only got them today so I can't comment on their durability (will be updated in the future). And I haven't had a chance to connect it to 220 yet, but as good as it works on 110 I'm sure it will work fine. I am very happy with the purchase and this item is small enough to fit under the back seat of my truck. Would definitely buy again. It far exceeded my expectations. If you're someone who only welds occasionally and can't justify paying a lot of money for a welder, then get this. Thing works great and for $90 you can't go wrong. I don't normally do product reviews but wanted to do this for those who are hesitant to get this and wish I had bought it sooner.
