Basically I am very satisfied with these screens. I use the smallest to strain the tea and the mesh is thin enough to catch even very fine loose tea but big enough for the liquid to flow through easily. The mesh appears to be of very good quality and is attached to the wide rim, I don't expect it to snap or detach from the rim any time soon. I like that the handles have a plastic grip. I gave it four stars because it has the same weakness as any filter I've ever had: the filter is attached to the handle with two small spot welds. This is definitely a weak point. For example, if you have a habit of banging a strainer against the wall of a kitchen trash can to empty it, repeated banging will eventually break the welds. Also a very good screen set.
