Pros: The bright orange harness vest helps my little black dog be more visible. Much easier to put on and softer than his trapeze step. It doesn't itch like other seat belts. Cons: Hardly a minus. I love this pendant! XS runs small. I have a 4 lb Pomeranian puppy! His chest measures 11.5 inches. It's too tight. I bought it again for the next size up because I like it. What a great price and nice that it comes with a leash.
