I use these bags primarily to store breadcrumbs. As a supplier to my restaurants, I need to make large batches of breading for my restaurants and pack individual portions. These bags make it easy to measure out the amount of breadcrumbs needed by restaurants, and they're airtight. If the powder doesn't get between the zippers and you remember to squeeze the air out of the bag when you close it, the bag will never leak no matter how much I put the bags in the boxes.
