Toner cartridge problem fixed

I didn't know how to remove the chip from the old toner and use it in the new one. It looks like HP's new cartridges are making this more difficult, and the included tweezers should be replaced with smaller players to make it easier. I had some print quality issues with my second cartridge but they fixed it quickly and credited the bad toner. I received the cartridge.
