The ability to create custom fields that can be seen by other users as well as being able to edit them without having to go back into each individual document makes this software very helpful! It would definitely help if there were more options when it came to creating forms or templates so they could be edited easily with out needing to make changes to every single form individually.

The best thing about this tool is that it has all features which are required by any business organization such as document management, content publishing etc. It also helps to streamline workflows process with its many tools like connectors, templates, integrations and more! I have been using datapolipro since last 7 years and never felt anything bad while using their product. We used it for our customer service team.
