I have used this tool for years now at different companies i've worked in and it has been very useful in helping us understand our customers' business practices so we can make appropriate recommendations or changes that would help their businesses grow more profitably.

Nothing really -it does its job and gets out results without any complaints from my side! It is cheap compared with other similar platforms available online but also easy enought be mastered even if one doesn't have much experience using them (as long they are willing). We use these reports every month to ensure consistency within all subsidiaries across multiple countries which helps keep communication consistent between each subsidiary and main office regarding internal policies & procedures.
