Excellent open source alternative to various GIS providers

It is very easy for our team of 4 people who are not programmers nor computer experts at least we think so! The user guide was really helpful as well even though it's written with an English audience mind you :) I would like more tutorials or maybe videos that could be shared online by grunts themselves about how they use this tool which will help us understand their workflow better than just reading through some documentation. We have been able solve many issues regarding geocoding addresses when building apps such as real estate search engines using Google Maps API but also other types of applications requiring address input fields into them.

Pros

Easy to setup
User friendly interface
Ease in sharing files between users.
Very customizable dashboard layout options..it can look good too if done correctly, however there might need improvement here.but still great looking nonetheless (in terms visuals)
