These blue light glasses stylishly and effectively block out daylight blue light. I love the frame and the black and gold combo - although the ear cups are long for my face - I'm sure they could be curved to curve more around my ears rather than sticking out straight. My eyes are less tired at the end of the day after staring at screens all day, and they look incredibly chic for Zoom meetings and video conferencing. I wear contact lenses and suffer from dryness and eyestrain during the day after a few breaks from work and using blue light glasses has reduced the strain on my eyes! Love it wear me pro!
