Review on Brother CP100X Computerized Quilting Machine by Carla Anderson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very impressed with Brother sewing machines.

I have had a Babylock machine for over 20 years, it is still in good condition with regular maintenance but lacks many of the new features I have seen in sewing machines over the years. I bought a Juki last year and I really like it. I wanted machines so the girls could learn to sow. I made the mistake of buying a couple of unnamed cars that cost around $80. Lesson learned, they were crap. Then again, look for inexpensive, versatile machines that they can learn to sew on that have lots of features and stitches to keep them busy without breaking the bank. Delivery of Brother devices. I have a Brother CP100X computerized sewing and quilting machine for under $200 (on sale) and a Brother CP60X computerized sewing machine for about $170. Both are great machines for beginners that offer an automatic needle threader, a variety of stitches, and are very easy to use. Two great cars for less than $200. I didn't even know Brothers made sewing machines so I'm very impressed. Both machines come with a 25-year warranty, a huge bonus for machines under $200. The CP100x has 100 stitches, 10 presser feet, 8 buttonhole sizes, a 1-speed automatic needle threader, an LCD screen, and weighs about 10 pounds. The CP60X machines have 60 stitches, 7 presser feet and 7 buttonhole sizes, a 2-speed automatic needle threader, an LCD screen, and weigh around 10 pounds.
