Extremely High Quality Brace
The over the counter version of this device matched the cost of a high quality orthopedic brace and I was concerned that buyers of the less expensive versions would complain of poor padding or thin plastic. From the attached photos you can see that the OTC is very reliable and well made (in the US no less). I am very happy with this choice recommended to me by my OT therapist.
