A party favor only, not a useful yo-yo
Don't waste time buying these yo-yos. The rope gets tangled on the first play, making it impossible to pull the yo-yo back out. I know how to use yo-yos but they don't work at all. Even if you only use them as party favors, kids will try once, see they don't work, and throw them away. Very cheap and useless. Not for those who really want to use it for its intended purpose.
