This item is very cute and very easy to assemble. I think it took 10 minutes at most. We would have finished sooner but the steering wheel confused me (it already has a screw that needs to be loosened, reinserted and retightened). It's tiny but perfect for my little 3 year old. It has a 13-inch inseam and can touch the ground when the seat is fully down. He has room to grow. I love that it converts into a balance bike as that's what I originally wanted to buy. My son is not ready to balance on his own so we are keeping it as a tricycle for now.
