I was so happy about this for my daughter. It's so cute I was itching to pick it up and get her to play with it. But when all this was collected, the owl that was supposed to light up and make music didn't work. Tried different battery types. Nothing. I emailed Tiny Love and haven't received a reply for 3 days. I finally googled her number and requested a replacement. Another disappointment was that they are not yet making a replacement for it and have said it may take 2 weeks to 2 months before they can receive it. There is a possibility to use another one from another set. For the price I paid I want it to at least match. I ordered everything they had for their collection of fairy tales about princesses. I hope I have better luck with the others. I returned the product and will not buy it again. Buy with caution. To update. I decided to send another one back hoping the new one would work. And to my great disappointment, the owl doesn't work again. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time buying this product. I HAVE THREE of these playmats and none of the owls worked. Don't waste your time and money on this article. I'm on the 4th owl now and it still doesn't work
