I decided to try it because the ink is very expensive. When I try to print documents from my computer, it doesn't recognize that the ink is full. When you use the scanner to copy documents, it works fine. I also have an Epson printer app on my phone that allows me to print documents from my phone. The print quality is okay. I gave it one star as I can't figure out how to get the computer to recognize it (I haven't had a chance to follow the instructions that came with the cartridge). Edit: I finally got it to work from my PC too, so pumped it up to 5 stars. 😁
