We park our bikes in it on the terrace. I put some kind of flooring on it so the stand or something sharp doesn't pop out from under the floor. It's made of durable groundsheet material, but I wanted to be sure. So far this winter has been pretty rainy here in Southern California, and despite our best efforts, we've managed to get some water in. What went in was tiny and probably due to the fact that it has accumulated on our terrace. It stores 99% of the water. We ended up throwing an extra tarp over it to protect it from the sun and rain.
