It's a lightweight, soft foam pad, no stabilizer

If you're like me thinking this is one of those hard wedge-shaped pads used in yoga or physical therapy, it's not. It's basically like one of those soft pieces of foam you find in an acrobatic vaulting pit to practice gymnastic somersaults and land safely, with a zippered cover. It's okay for a pillow - it's soft when you use it. "Wedge" under the head, it would make a decent sleeping pillow, but that's not advertised. It should look like one of those sleep, yoga, or disability wedges. That's why I bought mine because I'm disabled and need something to support one side of my body at night so I can sleep on my side (or at least at a slight angle). When I put it under my side and lie back down, it compresses fully to 100% with no support. I actually think a small, thin traditional pillow would work better than this one. Overall this is very disappointing and I'm sad that I've already exceeded the 30 day return policy because I paid too much and the item isn't worth like $10. Dollars or less, it's not worth it. I think the old adage "you get what you pay for" is often true.

Pros
  • Inclined foam pads:
Cons
  • not reliable
