They are very accurate and consistent
I tried 5 different thermometers before settling on this one. The first pair were within 0.2 degrees of each other in the fridge, freezer, or on the countertop. Moved them between freezer and countertop over the course of a few days and they adjust and stay accurate. Bought another pair a few weeks later and they are also within 0.2 degrees of each other and the first pair.
