•UPDATE•I really thought it was a good product until I got it just 3 months later. I have only taken two of my kittens to the vet twice and the carrier has already broken. The grille on the front was torn and there was a small hole. I contacted the seller and he said he would send me a replacement immediately. I even told them how pleased I was with their customer service and quick response to any issue. I have contacted the seller a couple of times but still haven't received a replacement carrier after a month. I am very disappointed in the seller and his product. • ORIGINAL REVIEW • I love this carrier. I can fit two of my kittens in it (both weigh almost 5 pounds each). It's very durable with two kittens in it and won't bend like other tote bags because it's too heavy. I really like the colors and even got compliments from the vet.
