The support team at ncc group was extremely helpful throughout our engagement with them; they were always quick t respond which helped us build trust quickly in order for business conversations about potential solutions that we had been discussing during discovery phase of project implementation. I wish there could have an option where users who are using their product would like receive notifications if any updates regarding patching or new version releases happen so as soon user's don't need worry while working remotely from home office/hotel rooms etc.. We used this software primarily within my department only (IT) however i'm sure other departments such has Finance also use similar softwares hence feedback will help improve overall experience across all teams involved!
