I liked how easy it was to use, I didn't have any issues with anything in particular. The customer support is also very helpful when you need help or questions are asked. Sometimes there would be some lag time while using their service. It's not something that bothers me personally because the site works well for what we do, but if you're looking for another platform then maybe look at other options instead of this one. We can monitor our website easily from anywhere without having to go into our office each day.
