Installed and working for about a month. Practice delivering food to remote cages in the sanctuary on a daily basis. Lots of stops and restarts. The block was fairly easy to install, but the installation was done with washers to keep the block's splined driveshaft from going too far into the engine. As others have pointed out, the splined shaft was about a quarter inch longer than the original assembly. The rest of the new device looks identical and still works perfectly. Transfer this assembly, just be sure to install with shims to limit insertion due to the longer splined shaft. I just noticed that the price suddenly went from about $54 to $94. Other providers are still in the lower price segment. All units appear to be similar. This vendor's suspected new, higher price was due to Honda recently significantly increasing the price of the OEM unit. Perhaps both Honda and this supplier have been paying too much attention to the antics of the pharmaceutical industry.
