Oh yes! This little one cuts rust down to bare metal with just a few taps of an angle grinder. Much better performance than I expected. I "scrape" rust and debris off my boat trailer that sits on the beach (salt water) and this brush removes all debris. The only problem is that I can't hit small areas with it and you have to be a bit careful as the grinder has a lot of torque and can jump on you and put stress on your wrist.
