The adjustable straps are easy to control and definitely help. You have to be patient and wear it constantly for the first few weeks (or longer) and then always at bedtime for the next month or two. It takes a long time to calm those nerves. Ice on both sides of the wrist helps. I would give it 5 stars except the metal bar that moves on the inside of your arm might need some extra padding under the EDGES. It seems well made and I ended up ordering a second one so I can wash and dry the one I've been wearing all along. Very worth the price!
