Works very well! in Hand & Wrist Wraps

The adjustable straps are easy to control and definitely help. You have to be patient and wear it constantly for the first few weeks (or longer) and then always at bedtime for the next month or two. It takes a long time to calm those nerves. Ice on both sides of the wrist helps. I would give it 5 stars except the metal bar that moves on the inside of your arm might need some extra padding under the EDGES. It seems well made and I ended up ordering a second one so I can wash and dry the one I've

Fast results! But be careful with skin irritations.

I have had pain in my arms and numbness in my fingertips for several months and after an OT exam I was told that I have carpal tunnels in both wrists and the specialist recommended wearing braces while sleeping. This way my wrists spend 6-8 hours a night in the correct/neutral position which will reduce the pain in my workdays spent at the keyboard. Obviously, these are structured bracelets, so they don't have to be the most comfortable (especially since they need to be worn snugly to beโ€ฆ

DO NOT buy this! - Arm, hand and finger rests

I just got the braces in the mail yesterday so haven't had a chance to test them out yet but thought I'd write about the things I've noticed so far. Pros: I really like that you can remove the metal bar and it's also very easy to remove and put back. It's very light and breathable, I don't feel hot or sweaty in it. do what I wanted so it doesn't bother. Cons: It smelled when I took it out and so far it's still there, I know it will go away with time but it's quite strong so you might want toโ€ฆ
